Colombian Coffee Import
Colombian coffee from my family's farms in Caldas — roasted fresh and shipped to the US within one week.
Shop CoffeeThe Story
I grew up in the coffee region of Colombia, where my family has farmed the same land for over 50 years. Two farms — La Lucia and La Esperanza — sit in the mountains of Caldas, in Colombia's Coffee Triangle.
When I moved to the US for engineering, the coffee came with me. My brother Juan and I import directly from the farms under the name Ríos de Oro — Rivers of Gold — which is what the coffee fields look like at harvest.
The coffee is roasted in Colombia and shipped to us within one week. No warehousing, no middlemen. You get it fresh.
La Lucia and La Esperanza, Caldas, Colombia. The same land, over 50 years in the family.
Hand-picked cherries, 24–36 hour fermentation. Clean, vibrant, and consistent.
Roasted in Colombia and shipped to the US within one week. Not sitting in a warehouse — in transit.
The Cup
Vibrant citrus and dark chocolate, smooth finish. Not a subtle cup — you know you're drinking Colombian coffee from good land.
My morning ritual starts with Ríos de Oro before I sit down to write. If you've seen the coffee ritual in any of my videos, this is it.
