Fold-out · Wide month grid

Monthly Wide Fold-Out

A full month grid that opens wider than the binder, with cells big enough to write in. Two months per sheet.

Personal and Pocket rings. $0.99 for one size, or $1.49 for both. Includes an on-sheet print guide.

Monthly Wide Fold-Out preview

A month squeezed onto a small page has cells too small to write in. This fixes that. The grid opens wider than the binder to a full seven-column, six-week month, then folds once down to binder width.

Write the month and year at the top and fill cells big enough to actually hold a note. It prints two months to one US Letter sheet, double-sided. The fold falls between Thursday and Friday, so no week is split on the panel.

What's inside

  • Full 7-column, 6-week month, wider than the binder
  • Cells generous enough to write in, even on small rings
  • Two months per US Letter sheet, double-sided
  • Personal and Pocket, with an on-sheet print guide

Will it fit? Measure your binder

Not sure it fits your binder? Measure your rings and the pages you already use, then match them to the trim size below. These are the standard six-ring sizes, so they line up with Filofax, Plotter, Sterling Ink, and most other binders. New to ring sizes? Read the full sizing guide.

  • Personal95 x 171 mm (3.7 x 6.7 in)
  • Pocket81 x 120 mm (3.2 x 4.7 in)

Pocket rings vary a couple of millimeters between brands, so measure before you print a full set.

Buy once, own it for life

A dated pack expires every December. This doesn't.

A dated insert set runs about $28 a year and the pages stop working on January 1. This is a few dollars, once. Print it on Tomoe River, the 52 gsm paper fountain-pen people swear by, for about 15 cents a sheet.

Dated pre-made This + Tomoe River
Up front$0A few dollars, once
Per year after~$28, expires~$8 paper
3-year total~$84~$29
After 3 yearsBuy it all againThe design is still yours

Figures are approximate, from June 2026 retail pricing. One A4 Tomoe sheet makes two A5 pages, so real paper cost runs lower.

Printing it

  1. Open the file for your binder size.
  2. Print at Actual Size / 100%, never Fit to Page.
  3. For the Letter files, set two-sided ON, flip on the short edge, and print a test sheet first.
  4. Cut along the dashed guides, trim to the corner marks, and punch to your rings.

Every file is an undated, vector PDF with the fonts embedded. Instant download after checkout through Shopify.
