A full vertical week that opens wide, then folds once into a small binder. Two weeks per sheet.

Small rings are small. A real vertical week is not. This opens to a full seven-day spread, then folds once down to binder width and tucks into the rings.
Hours run down each day, with a meals row and a four-habit row at the bottom. It prints two weeks to one US Letter sheet, double-sided, so each sheet is two full weeks. Built it for my own 4 AM mornings.

Pocket rings vary a couple of millimeters between brands, so measure before you print a full set.
Buy once, own it for life
A dated pack expires every December. This doesn't.
A dated insert set runs about $28 a year and the pages stop working on January 1. This is a few dollars, once. Print it on Tomoe River, the 52 gsm paper fountain-pen people swear by, for about 15 cents a sheet.

Figures are approximate, from June 2026 retail pricing. One A4 Tomoe sheet makes two A5 pages, so real paper cost runs lower.
Printing it
- Open the file for your binder size.
- Print at Actual Size / 100%, never Fit to Page.
- For the Letter files, set two-sided ON, flip on the short edge, and print a test sheet first.
- Cut along the dashed guides, trim to the corner marks, and punch to your rings.
